Food is always ready for pickup. Can't beat the Chili Lime Sauce-delicioso! But.... I would prefer if all people working in Food Service wear masks and tie back your hair.

I love love love love love everyone who works here! You could never call anybody here lazy. Everybody is always moving so quickly trying to get the food out. Cooking real food (not McDonald's or Burger King) is much harder. That being said, they've always had an issue with order accuracy. 95% of the time it's fine. But if it's important to you, please check your bag before you leave the store. I've dealt with managers Johanna and Maria and they are so smart and come up with amazing solutions to resolve any issues that come up. Pollo is lucky to have them!

Manager is amazing and it really provides for a great dining experience. My daughter says this location has the best chicken too. Very clean n most staff are friendly.

Good food and good people at the counter, service was fast and the place looked clean. Weird Dixie vibes but .. it is Dixie so not much to expect from the atmosphere. Good portions and the chicken was delicious.

Great place, clean tables and bathrooms. Food was cooked well and they were friendly and fast. They were out of barbecue sauce.
